🏆 Welcome to the official YouTube channel of Hamza Ahmed 🏆
Young men, naturally have many questions about who they are, where they fit in to the grand scheme of things.
➡️ If you’re interested in learning about topics such as masculinity, success, fitness, and mental health you’ve come to a good place.
I’ve been working on building a great community here (and also on my Discord server) to inspire young men to improve themselves: take a massive step back from modern distractions like video games and become balanced, form healthy relationships, achieve their goals, and live healthy lives.
I was unhealthy, unbalanced, and hedonistic.
➡️ It took a lot of hard work and mindfulness, but I eventually turned my life around.
I’m currently sharing the specific actions I took to make positive changes, one video at a time.

You care for people too much bruh
“Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor men who have sex with men nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God.”
1 Corinthians 6
I get into this trap of being too judgmental of myself for making mistakes and not being perfect. I’m trying to be like a good parent to my inner child. Don’t get annoyed and angry at the kid, be encouraging, forgiving and supportive, so he learns from his mistakes instead of closing up.
Embrace little Jeffrey, give him a hug, give him unconditional love and encourage him to be better ♥️♥️♥️
Lol , every video i listen how much sex Hamza have and how he is not flexing with that , bro i think you don't relate to this audience anymore
Hamza, some girls have 3 date rule, maybe try to implement it yourself, then you will be sure that you really like a girl and it is not a lust spike.
Just an idea
Good luck :*
Hamza this is one of your best videos yet and what sets you apart from other self improvement YouTubers
Hamza has become just like another youtuber. he’s trying to upload videos every single day. the quality of information in these videos are garbage. it’s just repetitive af at this point. saying “these videos aren’t meant for u now” is an excuse to just play the youtube game.
Hamza’s old videos were just so raw and had so much knowledge in it. if u look what’s his most popular videos are it’s his old ones.
it used to be “quality over quantity” but now it’s the opposite. sadly he’s just become another youtuber who just wants watch time for money.
non of his fans are calling him out for this shit.
This was a sick video. I need to go home in journal myself!
9:00 maybe a good mesure: when journaling, if love and sex are equal to other areas, you are good🤔.
The criticism towards Sam would be good with proud moments as well. Humans like to be praised, so balacing this two aproaches is better to actually send the menssage.
Any other important book recommendations?
@Hamza Try the Carnivore diet. (Beef, Salt, Water)
Man i relate so much to your father story. He kept criticising me for everything, and now that i m on the "stoic kinda way" i realised he wasn t doing a bad thing
You went to Thailand on my Birthday!🚀
dont get horny watching this guys
Female perspective
Not gonna lie, I stopped watching this channel for a couple months just because it stopped feeling human and wasn’t what I needed at my current phase. Saw this title and come right back, really appreciate this video
On the point of criticising Sam too much and him saying it’s okay… it genuinely reminds me of myself so perhaps it’s a similar situation.
Ive had a friend who was being too harsh when I was going through some stuff (really bad family issues). I always told her it’s fine and blamed myself for being too sensitive. Her approach helped me a little in the short term but afterwards I couldn’t fake “oh I’m stoic, it’s for my growth so keep criticising me” and all that.
I’m not one to ever distance myself or show I’m upset with friends but it was so overwhelming I completely distanced myself because I was in such a low place mentally. I came back and spoke to her eventually but blamed myself for being too sensitive because I didn’t want her to feel bad.
But the truth is that I don’t feel like talking to her about personal struggles anymore because I know how critical she is and I’m still hurt by it.
Just sharing this in case Sam might be saying he needs it and doesn’t mind but it might still be something he doesn’t like too much off. Emotional intelligence is needed when giving constructive criticism and I think you had it right in the beginning.
Humans aren’t meant to be all stoic and not be emotional. Anger is an emotion and it’s very useful for protection, revolution, getting things done. Sensitivity is also important for self awareness and being able to cater to people around you.
Great channel. Your openness is appreciated!
“When you find your path, you must not be afraid. You need to have sufficient courage to make mistakes. Disappointment, defeat, and despair are the tools God uses to show us the way.”

“Anyone who has never made a mistake has never tried anything new.”
― Albert Einstein
“I'm selfish, impatient and a little insecure. I make mistakes, I am out of control and at times hard to handle. But if you can't handle me at my worst, then you sure as hell don't deserve me at my best.”
― Marilyn Monroe
Hamza's mistake , Ours learning !
You didn't make mistakes dude, when you acted like an azzhole you knew exactly what you were doing and you did them on purpose.
